Extractor fan fitted in bathroom

This job is to fit supplied bathroom extractor fan in recently renovated bathroom
My current bathroom has just been renovated and features a 3 in 1 light, heating and fan system. However the fan is not powerful enough.
So I need a new 250mm extractor fan fitted beside this unit to extract all the hot air.
Also this bathroom has a false ceiling so an adequate hole must be cut in the original ceiling to allow for proper ventilation.
As I said the fan will be supplied so please quote price including GST.
