a) 4 downlights each in the living area, all three bedrooms and kitchen
b). 2 downlights each in Laundry and Corridor
c) Switches and wiring as required
2. Dimmer in 3 bedrooms, Kitchen and Living area
3. Change porch light and put a powerful one
4. Backyard and front yard sensor light
5. IXL 3 in 1 Heater/Fan/Light in the bathroom
6. Check if sufficient PowerPoints are there in each room, add additional if required. Each room should have at least 2 powerpoints near the headboard of the bed.
7. and also include the Electrical safety check
8. Light and fan (2 in 1) in 3 bedrooms
9. Check TV antenna point
