We have a property in Turramurra. Our outdoor flood light needs replacing and we would like another one put into place at the back of the building. Also, our Hot Water tank needs replacing of an element - the hot water doesn't seem to hit up at certain times of the day so one of the elements appears to be gone.
We would also like general advice about all the wiring in the house. There are a lot of wires going in and out and we would like to get an understanding of what's what.
