  We are looking for local electricians to provide us with their fee proposal for the below-required works for supply & installation of all items as listed unless otherwise negotiated.

ELECTRICAL LIGHTING & POWER WORKS REQUIRED:
1. Relocate existing TV antenna from existing bedroom 3 to bedroom 1.
2. Relocate existing TV antenna & GPO from family room at low level to middle height of existing eastern family room wall.
3. Provide single switch & 2 battens lights in roof space.
4. Provide additional 2 battens lights in subfloor space wired into an existing switch.
5. Allow for 2No. x 2 double external GPO's for future gardening lights 1 at front & 1 at the rear.
6. Bedroom 1
Replace with new 1 gang light switch & install new pendant light as selected by the client in the same spot.
7. Ensuite
Replace & relocate new 4 gang light switch wire into existing IXL, relocate existing double power point.
8. Entry
Relocate existing pendant lighting.
9. Bedroom 2
New 1 gang light switch / install new pendant light / new 2No. double power points / 1No.combined double GPO & single light switch located at the desk area.
10. Bedroom 3
Replace & relocate new 1 gang light switch / relocate & install new pendant light & 1No.combined double GPO & single light switch located at desk area.
11. Study
New 1 gang light switch / install new 3 LED downlights / new 2No. double power points / relocate existing NBN point to the new study area.
12. Powder room
New 1 gang light switch / install new 1 LED downlight wire into exhaust fan on a timer.
13. Laundry
New 1 gang light switch / install new 1 LED downlight wire into exhaust fan on timer / new 2No. double power points.
14. Bath
New 1 gang light switch / new 2No. double power points / install new IXL 3in1 & switch.
15. Kitchen
New 3 gang light switch (2way to control hallway LED (3) LED lighting strip under overhead cupboard / LED (2) within the kitchen) / new 2No. double power points on bench top / single GPO's to dishwasher/microwave oven in pantry/fridge/ range hood / hot plate & oven.
16. Meals / Family
New 3 gang light switch (remove 1 existing downlight & re-wired new pendant light over meals table / 5 existing downlights to be removed & replace with new LED lighting / new manual switch for external senor security lights.
17. Shed
New 1 gang light switch & install 4 new LED lights / new 4No. double power points & new Ethernet & power cable.
18. Hallway
New 2No. double power points
19. Install new 2No. Continuously linked smoke alarms.
