Both fan/light combos have been installed already where there was an existing light only, so an additional cable will need to be run.
The one fan has been installed in a newly renovated room, so requires the switch point to be moved to another wall approx. a metre away from existing. The holes have already been drilled and the wall left exposed to make wiring easier and the additional cable for the fan light has already been run to this new switch point.
The other light will need a cable run from the switch to the fan, which would be less than 5 metres of cabling required.
