Electrician - Install Under Cabinet LED Lights / Kitchen and in Loungeroom

I need an Electrician to Install my Under Cabinet LED Lighting Strip (3.5m) in L Shape. Power is ready so need installer to glue them on and wire up. Also need same installer to Wire up Light Switch (supplied) and also connect up 4 power points (supplied) and all wired to where they need to go.
In my Lounge room, I need an Electrician to run 3 x 4.5 meter length LED Lighting Strips around my Picture Rail (old style wooden ones near ceiling) to the one point where it can be wired up. I will need a channel cut into my wall (double brick) to run the cable to the switch (existing single switch there, but will need it double now). Will also need another wall channel cut 3 meters away to house another Wall Scone Light from existing single sconce light.
I can fill in the wall cutting channels so all you need to do is cut them and run the cables.
