We need the following done on our home:
Supply and Install an alarm system > (we want 5 zone sensors that don't pick up pets, strobe and alarm kit with single touch pad next to front door. Doesn't need to be monitored back to base. Don't need perimeter alarm or ability to isolate rooms. Want back up battery in case of power outage. Timed entry and exit. Want at least 2 years manufacturers warranty on the system.)
Supply and install an intercom system for our front gate > (seeking one weatherproof outdoor station and two indoor stations. No camera needed. Needs to be wired into a gate activator - we have a sliding gate outside. A backup battery would be useful.We will do all trenching necessary to lay conduit)
We will get some speakers for the ceiling and would like these wired into our amplifier.
Brand new house - would like suppliers to come and inspect. Should be plenty of room in our switchboard.
Some crawling through the ceiling will be necessary.
Trying to get a package deal so we can keep you busy for a full day or two!
