Require Electrican to install additional electrical items to an existing double storey house,
Items required are:
1) 18 No. double power points
2) 11 No. light points (internal & external) - majority switched to existing switches
3) 3 No. movement sensors for lights
4) 8 No. CAT 6 points from rooms back to modem location
5) 1 No. telephone point
6) 4 No. TV points
7) 4 No. foxtel points
8) 1 No. surge protector to meter box
Please Note:
a) House has a flat roof BUT is on a timber floor (stumps) with good access if required for installation.
Renovations are to undertaken on the house, so if there are wiring access issues, owner is open minded to having small holes in plaster work to gain access for wiring if required (I only ask for electrican to advise me prior to cutting hole in wall & to limit the number of holes)
b) Majority of work required to ground floor of house.
c) Some power points are to be mounted in groups of 2 or more
Job is ready and it would be ideal if electrical work could be started within the next 1 - 3 weeks
