Bed 1
Disconnect switch and remove light old WIR.
Remove switch replace with blank plate. Remove light and make safe.
Centre fan and install new fan/light (remove from front room)
Bed 2
Install new light switch to operate new fan light.
Install new fan/light (remove from front room)
Centre fan in room.
Disconnect and remove two Down lights.
Bed 3
Change light switch to suit switching for fan and down lights.
Install new power point and TV point about 1600 high hundred on wall (crn) bed 2.
Happy if wanted to inspect first, can pay cash too if pref
