Multiple electrical installations within domestic premise -
1. 4 double bay down-lights (8 lights in total) in home theatre. Power already run from wall switch to j-box in roof. 3 transformers required to be installed to feed the 8 lights. Dimmer to be installed at wall plate.
2. Fan to be installed in master bedroom. Location is to be where existing light fitting is; light is included in fan assembly to be connected
3. Kitchen lights - 3 down lights to be installed in the kitchen area. Plus a further 3 pendants to be installed over the bench top. Transformers and some wiring required from existing light circuit. Power already in place from wall plate to roof.
4. 4 down-lights to be installed in the alfresco area. Power already run from wall plate to roof just needs transformers and lights to be installed.
5. Automatic sensor to be installed into light circuit at front of house. Lights already installed just need sensor to activate circuit.
All lights, transformers, fan and sensor has been purchased. The quote is for labour only and incidental materials to complete connections where required. Note that some wiring has been completed by the builder when the house was built (as per the description above).
