AREA 1: Install 2 lights, 2 ceiling fans, and 7 power points. Gyprock hasn't been put onto studs yet so will need to do the set up and then come back and install points/lights/fans after plastering is done.
AREA 2: remove existing light fitting and replace with ceiling fan
AREA 3: Move exiting light fitting in ceiling 1.5 metres across the room.
I have the lights & fans already but do not have the power points
