Electrical Work: Fit 2x plugs to heater elements on pot

I have two large pots used for heating water..each pot has one element fitted rated at 2400W (10A) The elements are new and are supplied not wired. I need a qualified electrician to fit 3 pin plugs and earth wires to each element/pot. The fittings of the element have earth wire location points.
I also want to discuss fitting a 15A circuit line into the kitchen and laundry and obtain a quote for this work.
I also want to discuss the option of running 15A or 30A power to outside the rear of the house and obtain a quote.
