I was really happy with the quality of the work Chris performed. I needed additional work done to what he'd quoted for and he was able to to do this for me on the day at a small additional and reasonable cost. Importantly he was also clean and tidied up after himself. My only negative comment is that he arrived 2.5 hours later than agreed and I had to call him to find out where he was. It turned out there was a good reason however a quick text message to update me would've been great.
