Electrical - sensor light replacement

Recently a sensor light (sensor and light separate units) at the front verandah of my property were replaced with an integrated sensor and spotlight unit which is not suited to the property and location. Since then I have purchased a new sensor and light unit (separate units) and would like the unsuitable unit removed and replaced with the newly purchased items. In addition there is a 2nd light which functions off the same circuit which used to work prior to the new unsuitable unit being fitted. This is no longer functioning, and needs to be restored to working order off the same sensor unit (the way it used to work).
Thereafter investigate the light at the rear of the property (approx 2 stories high) which is a spotlight and separate sensor unit which has stopped functioning. It could just be the bulb which I have replaced prior, or the unit could be too corroded in the terminals, or just cactus. The light should be ok, it's more likely the sensor unit as faulty (not sure). Please investigate and advise via phone. May be possible to re-use unsuitable unit from front of house in this location (confirm with me prior).
This is a rental property so will need to arrange access to site through myself as the landlord.
