Electrical rewiring needs to be done for the entire house made of brick veneer built in 60's with installation of some new lights and power points including the garage. Also need to replace the old Meter and Main Switch board panel with a New one.

I gave the job to Toan Bui of Jasmine Tech. to Rewire my entire house based on a competitive quote. He started the job on 12 May 2014 saying that he will finish the job in 3 - 5 days. The job still hasn't finished completely now on 03/09/2014. His attitude towards us as client as well as towards the job he started doing in our house seems to us as unprofessional, unethical, unpunctual, unrespect full, careless and completely irresponsible . He promised so many times verbally and in writing to finish the job within a timeframe but dragged the job for more than three months and kept working with different contracts. I had no other way apart from contacting Service Central Director to get him back to the job to be done. He employed an apprentice and another boy who was not even started his course in the trade. He left these inexperienced people to work in our house and himself gone to do other peoples job. These inexperienced people that Toan employed damaged our house such a way that broke our heart. He never cleaned the mess that he made whenever he worked. He tried to keep old wiring by using old cables instead of running new cable in multiple locations/points which seems unethical. We had to remind him all the time to do the job in accordance as he promised and he pretended as if he forgot. He or his people damaged one of our functional electric wall clock that has a antique value which is not working anymore, he took it to fix but until now did not returned even after several request made via phone, and email. He is still due to give us a final invoice including showing the GST amount as the quote was inclusive GST. His attitude on ignoring clients' needs and wellbeing are shocking. I will never recommend him to anyone even for a small job.
