Replace single GPO with double and install another double next to it
Replace 7 kitchen down lights* with 240v fully enclosed 3 watt LED down lights (6 of existing halogen down lights have faulty transformers)
*2 new fans have been bought but buying the new kitchen down lights needs to be included in quote
