I have a broken sensor porch light that needs to be replaced. I also have downlights in my open plan kitchen/living area that I would like checked for safety. If unsafe I would like a quote on replacing these. If OK I would like all the bulbs replaced (there are about 10)- some are painted in and hard to remove.
