Electrical fault in shower resulting in minor shocks when using taps

When in the shower with water running an electrical current is felt when touching the taps & shower head. House has been earthed and re-earthed but this is still happening. Is an older style house. No other faults, this occurs only in the shower with the water running. (can turn the shower on with no problem but when getting out of the shower need to have a towel handy to turn off the taps) Please call me if you can help. Thanks
