I live in a 2-bedroom house that is a "half house" with the landlord living in the other half of the house.
We need to move the position of our unit's switchboard from the front of the house to the back of the house.
Currently, our switchboard is located in the landlord's side of the house and when the power trips, we have no access to the switchboard and need to call the landlord to turn on the power again. Landlord will pay for this to make it easy for us to turn on the power.
