I am a contractor which is handling a mortgagee property on behalf of a bank which cannot be disclosed at this stage. This property is a double storey (approx (25-30sq) which has had its electricty tampered with.
I need someone to do a full electrical installation to ensure the house is safe and usable again. The main electricity cable running from the street has been cut. Which means you need to also arrange for re connection of power to the house by city power.
Then you will either re cable or check all cables in the house including lights, switches, power points are operational and safe in the roof and walls as well.
I am not a electrician thats why it is up to you to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the house is safe. Also I require a 'Certificate of Compliance' at the completion of the job.
Please quote carefully and cover yourself including parts, labour, connection costs as there could not be any additional add ons after your quote as per my clients instructions.
Payment will be made at the completion of the job by the bank within 14- 28 days.
Further information will be provided to the electrician who wins the job about which bank and the real estate agent whom is handling the property. However I will be your contact person.
