Disconnect Power, replace fascia, secure mains into home

Scope:
Re-secure the electrical power pole that holds the electrical supply cable from the street.
Currently the electrical support post is bolted to the fascia board. The fascia board and its supporting rafter brackets are rotting and need to be replaced.
Will require Electrician with Level 2 license. i.e disconnect cable to street supply.
Details:
Disconnect the street electrical supply to property.
Remove fascia board. Note that the gutter has already been disconnected at the corners and will easily come off with the fascia board.
Cut out and replace three (x3) rotten rafter beams that the fascia is attached to.
Install supporting brackets for electrical pole in the same location as original pole.
Reconnect electrical metal pole to fascia, and bolt to new brackets.
Re-use the supply power cables into the building.
Close up the eve with cement fibre board (screw in).
Reconnect Electricity.
Work would ideally be done within a 1 x day so electricity can be restored.
