Disconnect one powerpoint and one light fitting

The powerpoint is on the external wall outside the kitchen - easy access. I want the powerpoint left in place, so just disconnect the wiring behind the powerpoint.
The light fitting is in an outhouse at the back of the property, near the laundry - there is a short length of aerial conduit going from the laundry wall to the outhouse wall, with the wiring inside it. So, the wiring needs to be disconnected at the laundry wall end of the conduit, as I will be dismantling the outhouse (and removing the aerial conduit).
