Disconnect old oven and install new mordern oven

We are renovating the kitchen. So, first need to come in and disconnect the old oven. The wires are connected directly to the oven.
Then, once the kitchen is done we need to install a newly purchased smeg oven. This one actually has a 15 amp plug (specs are available at http://www.smegappliances.com.au/Documents/Document_1736.pdf). So, I guess just need someone to create a plug point at that voltage so that we can easily install the oven.
