Disconnect my Telephone from the house and roll cable back to Telstra Pit

I am demolishing my house and my phone in my house is connected to a small pit on my property which in turn is then connected at right angles to the Telstra pit just outside my property. I need an electrician to disconnect the copper cable from my pit and roll it back into the Telstra pit. I would assume you should just be able to pull it back to the Telstra pit after diconnection from my junction. It is about 5 metres. I have photos should more information be required.
