Convert from halogen to LED

I would like to convert all halogen downlights in my house to LEDs. There are 21 existing halogen lights to change, plus I would likely install 12 more in new locations.
I would like to convert to a solution where all LEDs are dimmable and without transformers.
Some other items (oven range hood light, powerpoints) would also be included.
