Around 7 years ago had fire - complete rebuild of upstairs, and all wiring replaced for both levels. Electrician supplied certification, but downlights can't be changed by customer. Need all wiring including downlights specifically checked. Customer is very nervous in undertaking work, as previous tradesmen have caused a lot of problems.
