Complete Replacement of Power Board On Side of House

Our house currently has an old power box (where all the fuses are etc) on the side of our house. However, recently the board's enclosure has been degrading. What we would like to get done is get both the enclosure, power/switch board completely swapped out with a new one and get safety cut off switches installed as well for the house.
