Chef Finesse Oven has tripped the switch in the fuse box and wont turn on

we came home to the oven not working went to the fuse box to check and it had tripped we then flipped the switch and all you could hear coming from the oven was a poofing noise and the trip switch won't stay on. The stove is gas and that works however the starters for the stove are not working as well
