Changing rangehood from recirculating to ducted and install a fan in bathro

Currently have recirculating rangehood in kitchen but would like to change to ducted. It is a double brick unit and there is a vent right above the rangehood but I am not even sure if it is at all possible. Also would like to have a fan in bathroom possibly with a heater. There are also vents in bathroom. Inside and outside vents line up.
