Recently purchased 1920's californian bungalow has had a few "home" renovations and recently noticed power surges with lights etc. i would definitely like to install a safety switch, but wondering if house needs re-wiring? (house has all modern style eg: white, powerpoints). also need to install power outlet to bathroom.
