We require installation of 2 ceiling fans, 1 in each bedroom of our unit.

If installing the wall switch is an issue in a unit, let me know and I will look at the remote model. However if you think it is easy and won't pose an issue please advise.
We also have some light fittings (ceiling downlights) that need checking, as they don't appear to work with new bulbs any longer. Approx 2x halogen, and 2x incandescent
