We want to install at least two ceiling fans in two bedrooms ASAP. The roof has a pitch less than 45 degrees, but not much less. We are in East Ryde and ideally would like the job done this month. There is a possibility that if the job is not too complicated and expensive that we may want two more fans installed in the open living area too. Easy parking and access, relatively flexible.
