CBUS lighting electrician, noisy down lights when on and off

The lighting system in my house is all controlled by CBUS and the lights make a high pitched noise when both on and off.
I'm not sure if it's the transformer that needs replacing or just the globes, but I would like someone to be able to take a look who is also versed in CBUS
