I have a Blanco Dishwasher Model# BFDWC65X
Problem sounds the same as a Mitchelton job I found on this site from Jul 01.
Sometimes when I start the cycle off the machine fills with water and then it starts washing. The water pump then turns on and off in about 2 second intervals constantly. It's like the computer is telling the pump to turn on and off as there is a very light clicking sound like a normal switch acting like a relay. The water sprays then stops. All lights go off and on when pump stops and starts. This has been bearable for the last few weeks as sometimes It works normally but lately not at all, only on setting number 1 (rinse) which doesnt clean properly.
Contemplating replacing dishwasher if cost to fix offests a new one with warranty, especially with Boxing Day sales only 2 days away.
