Basic Electrical work in empty home

I am about to move into a new home which will be vacant when the following work is to be completed.
Marked next to each job is whether cabling etc is included or will need to be provided by the service provider.
The house where work will be completed is a roughly small to average size 4 bedroom single story home with adequate ceiling access (no insulation). House is a brick veneer house with gyprock walls and ceilings.
Jobs:
1. Install additional telephone outlet in spare bedroom to use for ADSL access (service provider supplies all necessary cabling etc). New line is approx 20 metres from existing outlet point.
2. There is existing speaker cables run through the cieling in the family room / kitchen area from the rear of the family room to the front in the kitchen. Right next to where these cables are run from, I also want an additional set of left/right speaker cables run outside the house where I can connect outdoor speakers (about 10 - 15 feet roughly). I will provide speaker cables and wall plate for this.
3. Run 1 left/right set of RCA cables from a rear bedroom through to the same cavity as the above mentioned speaker cables are currently situated. Distance will be roughly 10 - 15feet. I will provide RCA cables and wall plate.
