Need a 6 to 7Kw Air conditioning split system installed, External unit will be offset from internal unit by about 2 to 3M, brick veneer house but I believe the hole will go through wooden beam. Concrete tile roof and the switch board is at the opposite wall at the other end of the house, house measurements 6.5M wide by 20M long. The switch board also needs replacing as old unit to a safety unit.
