1)front porch light socket needs replacing (prongs bent on bayonet, can't use)
2)convert front porch light to sensor light
3) internal light socket - dodgy fixing. can't screw light fitting on, just looks like it's dodgy.
optional extras depending on cost
4) three fans need seeing to. one won't work, one only goes one speed, and one sounds like it may die before summer.
5) extra power point required, rear playroom.
