The IXL's have already been purchased, however we still require the 3 gang switches to install.
We require the IXL's to be installed into the bathrooms as per the instructions.
The ceiling is plasterboard.
Depending on electricians advice as to the location with in the ceiling. There are already down lights in where I believe to be the approximate location.
