2 storey house with foxtel upstairs but want foxtel downstairs too

2 storey house (4 years old) already has foxtel on top floor at an external wall. we want foxtel on bottom floor to an INTERNAL wall. it might be possible to run cable from satellite dish (which is on the mid roof) up to the very top roof where the standard antenna is and follow existing antenna cable down to the internal wall where we want the foxtel set up. we need the cabling done so the foxtel technician can come out and set it all up (foxtel won't do cabling for an internal wall).
