Old house with some old and some new wiring. old fusebox without safety switches, and wires running from it are cased in a sheath, but not behind the wall (safety issue??). need that wiring fixed. Also have 2 old lights with severed wires, that I would like to use as replacements in 2 rooms. I would also like an exhaust fan installed in the bathroom (not sure if that is an electrician's job?). House is doublebrick.
