2 large down lights have globe collars stuck in them may need replacing

2 old style kitchen down lights (100 watt large globes)are no longer working. Some time ago the glass globes fell out, but the globes' metal collar is still stuck in 1 of the sockets and the lights won't come on. It may be a simple repair or the down lights may totally need to be replaced. They are very old.
Also the Toilet light socket connection is broken and needs to be replaced.
Bathroon needs a new fluro light globe.
Discussions need to be had regarding future installation of additional power points. Light fitting need to be changed over from pendular cord to roof fixture.
