12 downlights installed, light removed and fan installed in place,

I need the following jobs done ASAP:
- In lounge room 6 downlights installed and fitted with a dimmer switch. Lounge has central chandler which needs to be removed and a fan installed in this place instead.
- In entry room two lights needs to be removed and 6 downlights installed. This room has three different switches which all work independantly so some rewiring may be needed.
- In ensuite an exhaust fan installed and wired to work with existing fan (tastic)
- In kitchen rangehood installed. I really need good advice on this because I have had a couple of quotes and each electrician has told me different things - very confused as to the best/most efficient way to do it.
- The doorbell also needs looking at - sometimes works sometimes doesn't.
- We also have a sensor light at the front door entry which needs replacing/repairing - it needed a new globe and since we have installed the new globe it no longer works as a sensor light.
