Repair/service of Aussie Vac ducted vacuum system that's lost suction

We have an Aussie Vac ducted vacuum system in our home which has dramatically reduced suction. The motor runs and sounds normal, but there's hardly any suction from any valve in the house. I've changed the bag and checked that the air flow in the motor unit outside is normal and unobstructed.
How can we organise a repair/service of our system?
