  We are looking for the expertise of a Town Planner to assist with the subdivision of a 1,776 sqm block of land within the Holroyd Council.
The land purchased is currently 2 blocks of land with a total of 1,776 sqm (39.93m frontage, 32.92m rear and 48.77m depth). We would like to split this land into 3 lots - 2 lots for freestanding house and the last lot for duplex.
The ideal land measurement we would like is as follows:
• Free standing house (x2): 12.1m frontage x 48.77m deep ie. 590sqm
• Duplex: 15.73m frontage, tapering at rear to 8.72m, 48.77 m deep ie. 596sqm
Could you please provide us with a quote to cover all work to get development application approved?
