The refresh will require:(1) A new kitchen (including French doors to the back courtyard) (2) Converting the laundry into a laundry/second bathroom (3) Converting the hallway leading to the current main toilet into a walk-in robe for the second bedroom and sealing off the toilet for exclusive use in the en-suite (4) A refresh of the current main bathroom, which will become an en-suite (5) Overhaul of the main bedroom walk-in robe (6) Installation of a linen press (7) Plastering of the entry (8) New floor and window coverings throughout
Depending on the budget, the above work may need to be split into Stages.
The final Stage will include an extension and total overhaul of the courtyard.
