Remodel and extend existing kitchen and enclose outside patio area to create a living room, remove wall to create opening (believe that the existing wall is load bearing). We would like to start the planning process as we currently have the house rented and would like to be able to schedule the works to be started once current lease expires in June 2015. Might seem like a year but the drafting and design stage could take a while. we will be in Wandandian for 2 weeks in late July and then will not be back in the area until Oct 2014 for 2 weeks and then not until March 2015. We would prefer to try and meet in July and then be able to work online with whoever we choose as we are currently travelling around Australia. Ideally we would like work finalised before we move into the house as our perm residence in 2015. We also prefer someone who handles all the necessary approvals etc from Council.
