We are looking for a quote on plans for building under our house.
Upstairs we have a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, lounge and two bedrooms. We are looking to build under with a some storage space, internal stairs, a laundry, bathroom, study, rumpus and two bedrooms. The house is well above legal height and is on timber stumps on the outside and metal stumps on the inside. The area is approximately 90sqm.
At this stage we are looking at having the plans drawn and the concrete foundation laid. I'm assuming this would also mean that we would need to put the plumbing in place prior to the slab/foundation, but if we don't that would be great.
