We are seeking an architect or draftsman to develop plans for a single storey renovation and extension of our residential property in Ascot Vale.
The total floorspace of the proposed renovation/extension is ~70m. It includes 3x bedrooms (1 inc ensuite and WIR), 1x bathroom and 1x open living area (inc kitchen).
We have settled on a floorplan and have a clear idea of what we are after. However, may need some assistance with planning of window placement and lights.
We want to use the plans to obtain detailed building quotes and submit to council for approval.
