I wish to remove a load bearing wall between my kitchen and lounge room. The wall continues down the passage. The section of the wall to be removed is approx 4m long. House is ex housing commission brick veneer on stumps built in 1969 by Housing Commission and I have a copy of the original plans. I need plans for council permit/builder (no builder in mind yet). I want included in the plans/drawings bricking up a small window (1.6m high by 1m wide), blocking up a doorway and moving another doorway (in the hallway section of the same wall).
