We are wanting to do an extension out the back of our heritage listed colonial cottage and need plans drafted up before we can consult banks etc re financing. We have a fairly good idea of the layout we want, but would love someone who is good at design ideas to do with optimising space and layout with the weather in mind etc. Cost is an issue, however we might be happy to pay a little more if you are able to provide us with good information and be prompt.
